How it started
Murphy Stays grew out of a passion for the North East, its coastline, its countryside, and the warmth of the people who call it home. Declan Murphy started with a single property and a straightforward promise: every guest deserves a space that feels genuinely cared for.
Declan and his team manage a growing portfolio of properties across Northumberland, County Durham, and the wider North East. From coastal retreats in Seahouses to contractor-ready homes, every stay is chosen with the same care as the first.
