Declan is great at what he does Declan is great at what he does. I wanted a more or less hands off property investment at a certain price point and Declan facilitated it within a couple weeks and then guided me through the process.

He communicated well, promptly helped us with a few small issues, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and was overall a great person to let from! The property was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We highly recommend Murphy Stays.

Murphy Stays 5* Declan was an exceptional host with quick response times and flexible remedies for any small difficulties encountered. We stayed in one of the Durham properties which ticked all the boxes in terms of location, cleanliness, size and overall comfort. Plus instructions were very clear before arrival on how to access property etc. Will definitely be using Murphy properties again when next in Durham.

Our stay was at Magdelene St, which is a well situated 3 bedroom house in Gilesgate & only a 3 minute walk to Durham City Center and a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to Durham City Retail Park, so amenities are abundant, this was pointed out by our Host before we arrived who was really friendly and helpful whenever we had a query. The house was fantastic, the standard of decor, furnishings and cleanliness was really high and the location was wonderful. We will definitely book with Murphy Stays again in the future.
